Seeking home in the Hackberry area on at least one acre up to 40. Must have a well or water supply hookup. Alternate housing o.k. such as a metal building home, cave or underground home. Alternate power is also o.k. I need a property that has no deed restictions and it can be remote as I am retired. Elevation preference is 4000 to 6000 feet. 2 bed 2 bath as a minimum and a garage would be a plus. I have up to $65,000 cash to spend, so I know it might take a while before something becomes available. A property with views and some pinion and juniper trees is my desire. I plan on growing my own food and raising some farm animals for personal consumption, so zoning must allow this. I can live anywhere in Arizona if you need to widen your search area.
